TapUp Studio ("we", "us") provides AI-powered communication, scheduling, and customer-management tools to home-service businesses ("clients"). This policy explains what data we handle and how.
When a client connects their Google Calendar, we access it solely to show open appointment times and to create and manage bookings on their behalf. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to provide this service or as required by law.
To operate the service: respond to leads via AI, book appointments, send maintenance and appointment reminders, request reviews, and show owners their dashboard. We do not sell personal data.
We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service — including Twilio (messaging), Supabase (database), and our AI provider — under their respective terms.
We retain data for as long as a client uses the service. A client may disconnect their Google account at any time, and may request deletion of their data by emailing contact@tapupstudio.com.
Credentials are hashed, connections use HTTPS, access is authenticated and role-scoped, and secrets are stored securely server-side.
