You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages, to violate the rights of others, or to breach messaging/telecom regulations applicable to you.
The service integrates with providers such as Twilio and Google. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapUp Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
